With over 15 years of dedication to the art of sushi, I’m Adam Stites, a certified sushi chef and instructor with a passion for sharing authentic Japanese culinary traditions with home cooks and enthusiasts worldwide.
My Journey
My sushi journey began in 2009 at the Tokyo Sushi Academy, where I spent two intensive years mastering traditional techniques under Master Chef Hiroshi Yamamoto. After graduating, I apprenticed at the renowned Sushi Shin in Osaka, learning the intricate balance of flavors and the importance of seasonal ingredients.
