Editorial policy

How we build and review Nivoro resources.

Our goal is to publish practical educational resources that readers can understand, verify, and use in context.

Purpose and scope

Nivoro publishes study-planning tools and guides about learning processes, time management, grade calculations, and source documentation. Content should solve a clear reader problem rather than exist only to target a search phrase.

Research and references

When a guide makes a research-based claim or points to a formal rule, we aim to link to an authoritative source such as an educational evidence organisation or the organisation responsible for a standard. Readers should check course-specific instructions where these take precedence.

Originality

We aim to write explanations in our own structure and language, use our own examples, and add practical steps beyond a summary of another page. External sources are credited where they inform a guide. We do not intend to copy other publishers’ articles or data lists.

Tools and calculations

Each tool should state what it calculates, which inputs are required, and its material assumptions. We test calculation logic before release, but users should verify outputs used in official academic decisions.

Updates and corrections

We review pages when a tool changes, an important source updates, a reader reports a factual issue, or a correction is otherwise needed. Publication dates should not be changed merely to make a page appear fresh. Substantial updates should improve accuracy or usefulness.

AI and assistance

Digital tools may assist with drafting, proofreading, or software development. The editorial responsibility remains with the site publisher: content must be checked, made useful and original, and supported by appropriate references. Automation is not a substitute for review or added value.

Feedback

If you find a broken tool, calculation error, unclear limitation, or incorrect reference, use the Contact page. Include the page URL and steps to reproduce the issue.
